SHIPPING AND RETURNS

1)  Shipping

Most orders will be shipped in 2-3 business days.  Certain items may be shipped separately and may have different times, please allow sufficient processing and transit time for event orders.  Shipping is only in the Contiguous United States. 

Most shipping items origin in Ca., orders shipping into California will be charged sales tax. Sales tax on California destination merchandise is 7.25%.

We do not accept back orders, if an item purchased is out of stock, your order will be adjusted and you will receive a confirmation email with your adjusted order total promptly.

In order to provide excellent service and expedient order proccessing, order changes or cancellations will not be accepted. If an error has occurred in your order and you notify us immediately we will attempt to assist in correcting the error. After the order has left the pending queue we cannot assist in any way and orders must be returned as per our Return Policy.

If your order is returned to us undeliverable or refused, a refund is issued less return freight charges and a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Shipping is in the Contiguous United States Only via UPS Ground Service.  We only ship to the mainland 48 states at this time.

UPS requires a physical address and does not deliver to PO Box addresses

Orders weighing less than 10 pounds ship UPS SurePost and are delivered by the United States Postal Service

UPS SurePost shipments include Saturday delivery service

Please allow and additional day for Post Office tendering

A signature may be required for delivery

We reserve the right to substitute shipping methods

UPS does NOT include the pickup day, weekend days, or Holidays in calculating the time in transit. Delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed.  Holiday seasons may require additional time.  Please note that delivery in the Eastern States may take up to 7 business days to be received. Please contact us if you haven't received your order after 7 days, please be sure to include your order number for faster service.

No UPS ground movement occurs on the following Holidays;  New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving,  and Christmas Day.  

It may take up to 2 business days to receive your tracking number.  We will email your tracking number to you promptly after it becomes available. Please note that your tracking number will be valid, however, your package may take a few additional days to appear in the UPS system.

2) Returns

Returns are accepted 30 days from the purchase date.  Please request a Return Authorizatin Number (RA#) by emailing us. We follow the return guidelines set forth by our suppliers. We will provide you the correct address for your return when we provide your RA#. Packages that are returned unauthorized or to an unauthorized location will be refused.

Return shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the purchaser.  A 20% restocking fee is charged.  To quality for a refund, the product MUST be unused and in its original packaging.  We must RECEIVE the package within 30 days from the purchase date.  Refunds are only issued once we have received the merchandise.  Pack your shipments well, merchandise damaged from inadequate packaging is NON-REFUNDABLE.  Shipping is non-refundable. Actual product color may vary slightly as viewed on different monitors and browsers.  Refunds are not honored on slight color variations. 

Damage/Shortage Claims- Accepted Once per Order

Inspect your merchandise upon arrival. Damaged and/or missing item claims will not be honored if reported past 15 days of delivery. Claims must be submitted in writing and are processed once per order. A photo of the damaged item is required.  DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED MERCHANDISE. We cannot replace or refund items more than once per order and submitting additional claims will result in denial.  Claims are processed within three business days. SUBMIT YOUR CLAIM AND PHOTO.
